This was my favorite position. Inspired by the pic below from Breeder Fuckers, it’s something I’ve always wanted to try.
Fortunately, his butt plug were hollow (as a bullet vibrator could be inserted), instead I inserted an anal hook.
Later I added tit clamps. While he was on all fours, I then ran another rope from his balls, through the clamps, and then to his collar.
Lastly, I had him arch back. It was so hot to see him suffer like that. He said it was intense, and he really felt it. He didn’t stay in the position for a long time, but enough to make him take it in.
