So last weekend, I took a mini trip to Texas and stopped by their State Fair. Fun fun fun, especially for a ride freak like me! I also enjoyed the museums that are on fairground property, and there was lots of unusual food. It seems you can put the word “Fried” in front of any number of things, even if it seems to make no sense! I saw fried grilled cheese, chicken fried bacon, fried green beans, and fried jelly beans… just to name a few!
Now, it’s serious work for quite a while. I already have every weekend busy for the rest of the month, so it’s pretty frantic for a while… I’ll post when I can…
