Hmmmm, this is a great question. Well, I love sniffing and worshiping rank & smelly feet. You could argue that doesn’t really qualify as torture. So in terms of pain, I like clothespins and light bastinado alternated with licking. Hot wax is fun. Also predicament torture, such as my big toes tied to my balls. Don’t know if you’d really count food smashing, but I like that too.
Not into pins and needles. I like being teased with heat and cold, but it has to be fairly light for me–nothing too intense.
