I’ve actually done this tie before, and it’s pretty hot and actually not too hard to do. Thinner rope (maybe a shoestring) may be better.

Part of me wishes I could lock up more. I’ve written about this quite a bit on my blog, but my balls are really small, and locking up doesn’t really work with me, as I always easily slip out (or it’s so tight, it hurts). So far, the Holy Trainer cage is working pretty well, so it may start increasing a bit more.
