So on a recent visit to the Leather Archives & Museum in Chicago (see the full trip report here), I noticed a strange album in their library. Decided to do a bit of research, and ran across a few facts about this unusual 1965 album.

The LA&M actually had Vol 2. on display, and that can be heard at the YouTube link listed below.
To be honest, it’s not much more than sounds of whipping/spanking, and lots of “oohs”, “aahs”, and occasional sinister laughter. Mostly women, but some men as well.
But it’s fascinating to me that these albums were even released, let alone in 1965. This blog post here has a bit more info, mostly that it was mentioned in an obscenity trial… and apparently, the album is very collectable.
