Ran across this online… sorry I don’t recall the source (if anyone knows, please pass it along!). But I like the idea of training a slave into various humiliating positions.
Even if you have no Master, you can humiliate yourself by selecting a position at random, and then holding it for a random length of time. In fact, I’ve even made a wheel for you. Click the link here or the pic below of the wheel I made. Then roll a die to determine the time in the position. Multiply the number on the die by x2… or by x5 if you’re daring. Or just roll two dice and add them up for the total number of minutes.
